Ingredients Required
1. Lemon- 2
2. Lemonade Masala (Bulk)- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp, Black pepper 1 tsp, Black Salt 1 tsp, Chaat Masala 1 tsp, Dry Mango Powder 1 tsp, Regular Salt- 1 tsp
3. Mint Leaves- 8 to 10
4. Granulated Sugar- 5 to 6 tsp or Honey (As per Taste)
5. Chilled Water or Club Soda
6. Ice Cubes
Recipe


1. Dry roast cumin seeds and black pepper, let them cool, and then grind them into fine powder and add black salt, chaat masala, regular salt, and dry mango powder. Mix them and store them in an airtight jar. This is your Lemonade masala.
2. Squeeze 2 lemons in a pitcher.
3. Add sugar and a little bit of water at room temperature to dissolve the sugar completely. You can replace the sugar with honey for a healthier option.
4. Add crushed mint leaves for the refreshing flavor.
5. Pour chilled water or club soda for a fizzier taste.
6. Add 2 tsp of Lemonade masala in it.
7. Finally, add ice cubes before serving.
