Ingredients Required
1. Peanuts- 200 grams
2. Cucumber- 75 grams
3. Tomatoes- 60 grams
4. Onion- 100 grams
5. Green Chilli- 4
6. Coriander leaves- 1/4th cup
7. Black Salt- As per taste
8. Black pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
9. Spice Mix ( Chaat Masala)- 1 teaspoon
Recipe


1. Dry roast the peanuts.
2. Finely chop cucumber, tomatoes, and onion.
3. Mix roasted peanuts and chopped items in a bowl.
4. Add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves to the mixture.
5. Add black salt, black pepper, and spice mix to the mixture and thoroughly mix it with a fork.
6. Serve it with a mint chutney.
